Education:

B.A. Degree (Psychology) in 1989 from California State University, Fresno.

M.S. Degree (Industrial Relations) in 1992 from University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Juris Doctor Degree in 1997 from San Joaquin College of Law.

Professional Experience:

Roger D. Wilson practices criminal defense law throughout the State of California.  He is a Criminal Law Specialist Certified by the State Bar of California.

Mr. Wilson also practices criminal defense in Federal Courts throughout California.

Mr. Wilson spent almost 10 years as a prosecutor with the Tulare County and Fresno County Districts Attorney's Offices.  As a Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Wilson prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony crimes.

Additionally, Mr. Wilson has much experience with White Collar Crimes, Arson, and Consumer Protection law.

Mr. Wilson also handles personal injury matters and administrative hearings.

Mr. Wilson has been recognized for his expertise and litigation successes by several state and national business organizations and regulatory agencies.

Mr. Wilson can assist businesses and individuals manage the often parallel criminal investigation, civil litigation, professional licensing inquiries, and forfeiture proceedings that accompany financial cases in both state and federal jurisdictions.  These cases sometimes involve allegations of theft, embezzlement, tax evasion, money laundering, insurance fraud, arson, or computer-related criminal conduct.
