Todd D. Eilers

Todd D. Eilers was born in Washington D.C. in 1973. After serving his country in the military, he moved to San Diego, California, in 2001 to attend law school, and thereafter has resided in Fresno, where he has established himself as an aggressive and trustworthy criminal defense attorney.

 Education:

Bachelor of Science Degree from George Mason University, Fairfax, Va. in 1999.

Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law, San Diego, Ca. in 2003.

Professional Experience:

Todd D. Eilers has dedicated his entire legal career to criminal defense.  Mr. Eilers' passion is taking cases to trial.  Mr. Eilers began litigating cases before he completed Law School as a Certified Law Student.  In 2003, while still in his third year of Law School, Mr. Eilers completed his first criminal jury trial, and received his first of many not guilty verdicts.  Since then, Mr. Eilers has continued to fight for his clients in and out of the courtroom. 

Mr. Eilers has extensive experience in criminal law.  He is not only known as an aggressive criminal defense attorney, but is also known as an aggressive trial attorney.  Mr. Eilers has developed a reputation as an attorney who isn't afraid to take "any case" to trial.  He has completed thirty-nine jury trials, and numerous court trials.  He has tried cases ranging from driving offenses to murder.
